MOQ depends on the series. Stock models usually start from small trial quantities so you can test your market; customized models need a higher quantity because of material purchasing (metal, crystal, shades, packaging).

Yes. Mixed orders are common — wholesalers and project buyers combine chandeliers, pendants, sconces and ceiling lights in one shipment. We quote each item separately and consolidate the packing.

We are a manufacturer located in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan — China's lighting capital — with our own export trading team. You deal with the factory directly for production, QC and shipping documents, while keeping one point of contact for export matters.

Yes. Samples are available before bulk production so you can check finish, crystal quality, light output and packaging.

Sample cost and express freight are normally paid by the buyer and credited back when the bulk order is placed.

Samples typically take about one week. Bulk production depends on quantity and customization — commonly two to four weeks for standard series, longer for large chandeliers and fully customized projects.

Our products carry CE, VDE, IEC, CUL, FCC, SAA and CCC, covering European, North American, Australian and Chinese requirements.

Certificate scope is model-specific. Tell us the exact item and destination market and we confirm which certificates apply — and arrange testing for additional marks if a project requires them.

Yes. Our fixtures are made for AC110–240V markets, and we match plug type, driver brand, wattage and colour temperature (2700K–6500K) to your market and listing requirements. Amazon sellers can request the packaging and labelling their channel needs.

Commonly 30% deposit by T/T with the balance before shipment. PayPal or Western Union works for samples; L/C at sight can be discussed for large orders.

Sea freight from Shenzhen / Guangzhou (Nansha) for bulk orders; air or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small parcels. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — send your destination port and preferred term.

Please photograph the outer carton (labels visible) and the damaged items shortly after receipt, and note the batch on the packing list. We verify with the carrier and arrange replacement parts or units for confirmed transit damage. Spare components such as crystal strands and shades can also be ordered separately.

Yes — this is our core business. Send a photo or drawing and specify what to change (size, metal finish, crystal, shade material, voltage, plug, logo, colour box, gift box). We advise on feasibility, cost and the MOQ that goes with it.

Yes. We integrate design, production, customization and wholesale, so new-model development from a sketch or a reference photo is normal for us. For exclusive models we discuss tooling cost, minimum quantities and confidentiality of your design.

Client designs and custom tooling are used for that client's orders only. If you need a formal agreement covering confidentiality or regional exclusivity, tell us and we will prepare it for signature.
